What is included in you pricing?
Our wedding stationery is priced per card this price includes the card, matching cream or white envelope, your own text/wording requirements and printing. This price does not include delivery charges. Other envelopes can be specially ordered at an extra charge.

Do you have a printed stationery catalogue you can post?
All our designs can be viewed online on www.CoyneDesign.ie.

Can we order invitation samples?
If you require samples these are priced as per invitation and can be bought directly from the website. As our samples are made up to suit you may include your own text in your sample please email us after placing your order and we can include your text requirements in your sample. Changes can be made once order is confirmed.

How many invitations should we order
When choosing your wedding stationery try to keep the number of guests in mind, a common and costly mistake is ordering the same number of invitations as guests; i.e. ordering 100 invitations for 100 guests – instead of 50-60 invitations (usually per couple). You should always also allow approximately 10-20 for the guests you may forget about and for mistakes while writing.

When should we start looking for our wedding stationery?
Your wedding stationery is one of the most important aspects of your wedding plans and should be organised well in advance, as invitations are usually sent out six to eight weeks before the wedding date – we would advise placing your order with us six to eight weeks prior to when you expect to be posting them. Therefore you really should be making a decision on your stationery four months before the big day, to avoid any unnecessary stress we would recommend you start looking at your options six months in advance. However, we can be flexible if you have left your stationery to the last minute.

Sending out invitations. 
You should start to address your wedding invitations approximately three months before the wedding. Ideally, wedding invitations are sent 8 weeks before the wedding – allowing guests a few weeks to make travel arrangements and if necessary schedule time off from work, before sending their RSVP back to you. You will need to get them back in advance so you make final head counts, etc. Request an RSVP date 3 weeks before your wedding, if you send them on time. At a minimum, send them out six weeks in advance, and set an RSVP date of 2 weeks before the wedding.

Tips On Sending Invitations.
Make your complete list of invitees before you order the invitations.

Order 10-20 more invitations and envelopes than you think you will need (to cover mistakes in writing, addressing or to cover last-minute “must haves”).

You’ll want to print or order your wedding address labels at the same time. You may even consider ordering your address labels for your thank you cards too!

Type/print the list of names with the appropriate titles: Mr., Mrs., Dr., Ms. etc.

For children over 18 and living at home, they receive their own invitation or are listed separately on their parent’s:

If inviting two people sharing a home or living together, or a married couple with different names, use both full names: Dr. Mary Morris & Mr. James Lydon

If inviting children under 18, their individual names (or/and Family) are listed alongside their parents’ names: Mr. and Mrs. Smyth, Ann, Barry and Amy

If you’ve ordered “thank you” cards for your wedding gifts you can write, seal and stamp the thank you card as the gift is received, but do not send out before the actual marriage ceremony is performed. (Writing the “thank you’s” as gifts are received is much easier than doing them all at once. Just mail them after the wedding or on your return from your honeymoon.)

Proofs:
We can not stress enough how important it is to read all proofs carefully before you give your final confirmation and signature. If there are any changes or additions after proofs have been finalised/agreed and your order has already been started the we will have no choice but to charge for any materials used in the process.

Can we make changes to suit our needs?
Most of our stationery can be adapted to suit your colour scheme or altered to suit your needs where possible. Themes can be carried through onto the rest of your stationery where required. When bespoke stationery is required we recommend that you make an appointment to visit us at our office where we can discuss your needs further and where you can view our full range of accessories, however we manage very well with the postal service for those who are not in the Galway area, as long as time is on your side.

Deposits & Payments:
For wedding and social stationery orders a 50% deposit is required to process the order and the balance is due prior to dispatch/delivery of the order. We accept payment by cheque or bankers draft. Any changes required after samples have been approved and signed for can not be guaranteed on finished goods if making has commenced. Deposits are non-refundable for work already done.

Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without any prior notice. This will not affect any confirmed orders or quotations within the 60 days.

We aim to keep our prices as competitive as we possibly can. There are occasions when price increases are forced upon us by our paper and embellishment suppliers. In this case the prices displayed on the web site will be adjusted. When an order is placed the prices shown on the web site at the time will be honored.

Why choose handmade stationery over standard printed stationery?
Some couples want to show their individuality and do not want the same printed invitations which are often carried by many companies. Should you require a unique card, you must sometimes be prepared to pay more. Although in the past handmade cards were usually more suited for small weddings, you will find that our prices are very reasonable for the stylish, quality individual cards you receive.

Privicy Policy:
Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. We do not disclose our customers information to third parties and we do not receive or hold any credit card details on file. All transactions are made though our secure PayPal Gateway.

Variations:
Due to our products and stationery being individually handmade, there will inevitably be very slight variations between the images on our website and the finished cards supplied.

Safety:
Due to small parts please be aware that some cards may not be suitable for small children.

Where are you located, can we visit you at your office/workroom?

We are based in Carraroe/An Cheathrú Rua, Connemara and although it is not a retail outlet you may travel out to us to discuss your stationery needs, this can be arranged by calling the office as consultations are by appointment only. We do however, run a very reliable service through the internet, email and post.

Delivery Information
All prices in our store are exclusive of P&P. Postage on all orders will be charged at standard costs according to weight which is calculated with your order.

Delivery throughout Ireland usually takes takes 2 days.

Delivery to the U.K. Economy is delivered within 5 day or priority is delivered within 2 days for most areas.

Delivery within USA and Canada, priority is delivered in 5-10 days. Economy is delivered within 24 days.

We reserve the right to extend delivery time if alterations are made to orders.

Conditions:
All our stationery comes with our business details on the reverse of the card. This is usually in small print or a on a discreet transparent sticker.
